01/18/07 Hello John, I wanted to send you a follow up note on my order this month. My mother was thrilled with the two plants that you picked out. They arrived in fine style and perfect condition. The colors are just wonderful she says. I am most pleased with the excellent service and advise you gave me over the phone when I placed the order, and happy that you added a basket and moss to the request. Even though I gave you a ... budget you handled the order with money to spare. I was grateful that you called me to give me a choice/advise on what way to ship the plants also. You can count on me to use your company for all my future orders out of state....(that's about 2-3- around the holidays).
